The Hod Rod Overdrive is very easy to ski in almost any conditions. The shovel has a nice positive entry into the turn while the tail does not punish minor balance errors and will forgive a little extra pressure without “jetting” the ski out from under you.

Another great choice for strong intermediates who crave a little more speed combined with a “go anywhere” feel. Nice glide and the ski follows the terrain well even when its chopped up or crud. Lighter and quicker than the other Hot Rods, the Overdrive is also the most forgiving of the series and being lighter with more sidecut, it’s also the easiest to turn.

One of the most “User friendly” skis in this category, the Overdrive is a nice blend of carving sidecut and cruise-ability, without demanding expert skills and perfect technique (after all, no one wants to think about “technical” when fun is the desired outcome).

love them use them east coast. nice on the conditions ive had them on so far; ice, groomed, some powder. great handling. on ice didnt lose control. ***** (five stars/5)

I am in Canada and got them from Santa as gift they are great on all terains except on powder for me it is very fast skii and good if you like to charge mountain.Now I am looking for dallbelo boots to match.Sky is the limit.quality and design very good almost like ELAN skiis.
good for super -g and slalom.

I purchased these skiis in January. I've used them @ the WISP resort in Maryland - great ski on packed, granular, groomed, or icy conditions. I also used them in Jan in Colorado - great ski on groomed, powder, and in the bowls. All around fantastic ski. Easy to carve and turn, easy in powder, quick response, and fast. All mountain ski!
