A sweet ski

I demoed these on fresh powder on Mt Hood. I'm a level II skiier with good technical ability but a big chicken about steeps. The skis performed so well for me that I'm thinking of turning in my chicken suit. I was able focus on staying balanced on the balls for my feet and these skis just ate up the hill and I went looking for trouble. Couldn't decide if they were maybe a bit soft. The side cut worked great for me.

which ski should i get?

I ski on Volkl 5stars on cruiser/firm days, but when we get the powder I pull out the Guns. They do great in the Sierra cement and in the trees, but they have enough sidecut that they do well on groomers when moving around the mountain. While I live in CA, I learned to ski in the ice of the east. While this is a truly great and versatile ski, I don't think I'd like to be carving ice with it
