Technica To Aquire Blizzard

Freeskier magazine have reported (broken link removed) that Austrian ski manufacturer Blizzard are set to become part of the Technica Group.

If the deal is approved by the Austrian antitrust commission, Blizzard will join a high profile roster of brands owned by the Technica Group, including Nordica, Dolomite, Lowa and of course, Technica, not to mention the distribution of Volkl, Elan and Marker.
