Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Tickets on Sale

It seems only yesterday that we were watching the Winter Olmypics from in and around Torino, Italy, but it’s already time to buy tickets for the 2010 games in Vancouver, Canada.

Phase 2 tickets will be available from Saturday June 6th from 10.00 am PST.

One disappointing fact is that ticket purchases must be made with a Visa card in "recognition" of the fact that Visa are sponsoring the games.  Apparently the games are "proud to acknowledge Visa as the only payment card accepted". A sign of times perhaps but a fairly bitter pill to swallow.  What’s next? A ban on Cameras other than those made by Panasonic, another sponsor of the games?
