Manufacturer's Description

The narrowest of Blizzard’s Freeride All-Mountain line, the Latigo is a 78mm ski that bridges the gap between race-inspired technology and a freeride feel. Lightning quick from edge-to-edge and effortless in the bumps, the Latigo is a frontside go-to for skiers lapping the chairlift at their home resort. Camber underfoot, rocker in the tip and tail, and Flipcore technology make for an energetic, lively, and nimble ride.

Ski Review: Rather impressive ski and certainly much more than a slimmed down version of the Blizzard Brahma. If you want a piste orientated ski with a great set of performance characteristics look no further. The Latigo is a rather special balance of new tech and race tech, giving the ski a lovely feel and feedback when cruising the courduroy medium pace medium curves. Then set it on its edge an pick up speed, even lovelier. Plenty of boot out of the turn with a snappy rear end, and if you can use the metal in this ski it rewards in spades. Bumps are a blast, no catchy front end, no tracking edges to panic on. Off piste ski it is not, but can do in crud and sugar. Very under-rated ski.
