I, a 3 year Fischer team veteran, never gave much creedence to Blizzard, but after trying a pair of these on a day off, I was turned on. I couldn’t help but think of the SLR’s as a hired killer: cold, calculating, POWERFUL and PRECISE. A perfectly stiff and powerful ski without being overwhelmingly zippy, a Fischer trait. Perfectly damp, these skis swap edges ONLY when you tell them to, my only complaint about them was that it required a bit more work to disengage from a full slalom carve, but you adapt quickly to it. Blizzard hath come, take notice, these guys will continute to kill it.
