The Big Trouble’s are stiff enough in the tail to remind me of my old Volkl G4’s but lively in a way that turns the backcountry and sidecountry into a brilliant playground.  They spin freely in the park, hold rock solid carves on the groomers, and land switch off any hit.  My quiver will grow with some uber fats, but these will remain as the multi-purpose boards.

The Bigs are dope. They float, fly, and rip with ease.  I love these skis, I have been skiing for another company for two years before getting a pair of Bigs as a gift. I love the tips and tails and can land almost anything on these fakie. I would enjoy a slightly softer tail for the park runs. I use these as a BC jib stick mostly. A great ski for anyone who wants to take their flavor to the other parts of the mountain.

these skicks are super dope.  the tail is a bit stiff for park and really deep pow, but it allows for more control at uber high speeds.

Used to have some volkl karmas as an alround ski and didn’t think i could replace them but the big troubles are perfect at rippin it up anywhere and offer a bit more floatation when you need it. sick

I’ve spent the last half of the Jackson Hole Season demo-ing every women’s ski (every single 2009 Volkl women’s ski) and none of them compared to the Big Trouble.  I demoed them on a powder day, on groomers, even on a spring slush day, and they rocked in every condition.  Great poppy flex floats over moguls, and it’s got enough control for ripping down past gapers.  Hehe.  I bought the skis on the last day of the season! Wahoo here’s to another 500’+ season!
