These are great on powder days, do very well in trees, and bumps as well as the afternoon crud on groomers. They are softer in the tips and tails than my speed skis, thus were so much better behaved off the corduroy and even in the park. these are easy turning, lightweight, and will make you charge off into territory you formerly would avoid. The only downside is that because they are so much more playful in the tips and tails, they lack the torsional edge hold to lock onto icy steeps at high speed. No worries, the Grins that you will be wearing with these on a powder day will more than make up for that little difference!
