Manufacturer’s Description of the Scott Stunt:

"The VTT Tip and Tail concept is found exclusively on Scott skis. The concept is simple, increase airflow from the tip of the ski to the tail and allow the ski to track with less pressure. By alleviating pressure from the snow, the ski tracks remarkably better in all conditions while dominating in powder, crud and all variable snow conditions."

These skis are amazing. I skied all season on the 196cm 2009 model. The ski does not have a rocker and if you know what you are doing you do not need one. I am 6’7’’ and about 270 lbs, very aggressive skier and the ski is stiff enough for me. It shines in powder, that means you stay on top of the soft snow every time. The ski is also very skiable on groomers. All you have to do, on piste or in the back country, you have to ski fast, very fast. The faster you ski on them, the easier it will be. The only thing these skis are bad for, is skiing slow, then they feel sluggish and hard to handle, but who wants to go slow anyways…
