Volkl Attiva Estrella 2010

Reviewed by Brian Babcock

The Volkl Attiva Estrella has the same sidecut (almost) as Volkl’s Attiva Sol with a slightly slimmer profile make the new Estrella shine in quick turns and agility. while maintaining a stable and solid feel under foot.

Volkl Attiva Estrella

Turn initiation is very easy and the large taper angle (2cm) gives the skier complete control with edge grip through a broad range of turn shapes at any radius. The Estrella feels smooth and tracks well even when the snow is getting hacked up. The skier benefits from lighter skis with less mass, that still provide superior edge-hold.

"Very nice easy to steer feel while still providing stability."

"Great skis to get rid of the old skid to slow down technique” the Estrella feels like it wants to carve and help you finish your turns. It made me better."

Wow! I am having the most fun skiing that I’ve had since I was a kid. And that was 40 years ago!

I loe these skis, I have been doing east coast ice and out west powder trees, they love to turn and I feel really confident with them, just perfect of an intermediate skier looking to advance

I have demo’d these skis a few times now and fall in love with them every time I use them.  I’ve just bought my own pair and can’t wait to take them for a burn.  These are the only skis that really impress me when I use them.
