Manufacturer's Description

I ski the Madonna almost every day. It performs extremely well around the entire mountain and in various conditions including powder because of its 90 mm waist! What I love most about this ski though is its softer flex. I used to ski super stiff skis, but now I’m proud to admit that I’m a changed woman! The softer flex changed the way I ski the mountain and it also changed my perspective, allowing me to use more features and obstacles to my satisfaction! It’s also my favorite ski in the park with its bigger side-cut. Carving off jumps has never been so easy and fun!

Hey Guys, My daughter just tried her brand new 4FRNT Madonna skis and Nordika boots at Mt Perisher in the Snowy Mountains. Lots of overnight Aussie Powder (a bit heavy but lots of fun), but she is really sad because they started to de-laminate on day two. Now at day 5 they are really bad, and they are driving home to Melbourne. Has anyone had a similar experience with the 2011 or any 4FRNT models. She was basically getting comfortable with the skis so she is ready for the Japanese snow season in Jan-Feb 2011. I was going to get 4FRNT too, but I have doubts now. Have a great day, Warren.

Hi Warren. Sorry to hear about your daughters issues with her skis. Issues like this seem to affect many manufacturers very very rarely, and 4FRNT are definitely NOT known for quality issues so hopefully it’s an isolated incident.

The big question is the level of service you receive when addressing the issue with the retailer you bought them from, or 4FRNT if directly.

Thanks David. Yes we hope that this can get sorted, as I really had my heart set on 4FRNT for my next season in Northern Japan. They are a nice ski, and these skis would suit my skiing style and mountain trail dreams.
