I grew up out East and ski East and west, now that I live in Michigan….ARHHHH! I had these out one day for about 10 runs. I skied packed-pow, 4” fresh and in the tight trees which were skied out with powder stashes remaining. I am 5’6’ and usually would never ski a 167 mid-fat. But, wow! These are fun skis. If you’re going to ski chutes and deep pow, look elsewhere, but if you want a fun all mountain ski, this is it! They are burly and easy turning in crud, chop and marbles and very stable at speed as long as on edge. They do chatter on straight run at speed on hardpack. All in all, a very fun, relaxing / un-relaxed ski! Just remember, go one size longer, these turn like a slalom ski!
