More park oriented than the BC and doesn’t handle itself all over as well as the BC WRS but still a great park ski.  Lots of pop and its a fun ski.

WRS stands for weight reduction system and this thing is 400 grams lighter than last years. The topsheets are great looking, just like their performance in the park.

I skied the FS for a week in very varied snow all over the mountain and in the park.  I thought it handled both slush and ice incredibly well considering it’s first and foremost a freestyle park ski.  I’d love to get my hands on pair for next winter.

Im looking for a great park ski but also skis real well on piste and off. Im thinkin the FS WRS, AR6 or the ARV

I bought a new pair of these this winter from a friend who works in a ski shop and they are amazing.  From (Eastern US) powder to ice and the park, they handle well on all of it.  They are much lighter than my previous Nordica SUV 10s, which i took into the park despite their size and weight.  The weight reduction makes it a lot easier to pop off of the ramps and give more air time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a decent all around ski, and a wonderful park ski.

I’m an all mountain skier, but i usually spend my time skiing powder, chop and moguls. I weigh 150 and I am 5’7”. I dont know whether to get k2 public enemy (the 06 model so it doesnt chip), Scratch FS WRS, Scratch Sprayer BC, or Salomon foils, or Salomon Thruster. I’m mainly looking for a ski thats not really fat (90 mm is my max.) I don’t need them to ski groomed, ive got an old pair of rossi axiums for that, and i wont be skiing much park. I will be skiing cliffs on them…so i dont know. Please give me some advise on what skis to buy, it will be appreciated!

youre going to be skiing off cliffs and you dont want a ski wider than 90mm? why? anything under 90 is for skiing groomed runs.. line blend maybe? theyve got a 90mm centerline but still have the geometry you’re looking for to stomp bc

the armada pipe cleaner is mainly said to be a park/pipe ski but in my 1st hand opinion is the ideal all mountain ski. ski cliffs, powder, moguls, the whole bit and you’ll be satisfied. the ski is on the lighter side, is stylish, and fast. go for it

the k2 public enemy is a no-no. this ski is waayy too heavy and control is not so easy to come by. it may look cool but says nothing about the manufacturing of the ski. STAY AWAY

these or foils,i ski park a lot, live in the east, nd try to hit up the bc during dumps

What is better for east? I also cant determine whether or not to go with the foils or these bc’s.

i have skied the 1080 foils the scratch fs and the an the public enemy?s and i own the scratch and the p.e’s and there all good skis and i don?t know why you disagree with them there slightly stiffer so at the end of the day they can be more work but as a all round ski if you can ski them there much more rewarding they also feel real stable at speed and are not too bad in the park

the p.e’s are a heavy ski compred to the other two if that matters to you

you guys have some great advice on the skis i’ve decided not to go with the k2 public enemy because i have skiied it and i can say that it is pretty heavy but i have skiied the dynastar trouble maker and it is a pretty light ski and basically handled all the powder i gave it. but can the rossignol do the same thing? also a dude wants to sell a pair of basically brand new rossignols for $300 should i lower him the price on him? give me adivce

just bought a pair of these.  They are amazing so far.  I had a couple inches of powder the first time i used them and 17 inches the next time.  They handled and powder well.  i’m big on moguls (ski at mary jane, CO) and these are quick and fun in the moguls too.  I love em!

How do the topsheets hold up?

these were a great pair of skis.  They really wouldnt delaminate on the sides on rails.  They really lasted me a while which was quite nice because most skis dont even last all season for me but these somehow did.  Great ski!

I use them for indoor freestyle sessions as they are very park orientated, great for rails and pipes. I’ve had a pair of the old FS (2004) too. A good ski to begin with. Very reliable.
