Can someone please give me the information on the degree of angle on side and bottom edge of the salomon X-Wing 6 ski?

Thank you.

I’ve been skiing for a few years and would consider myself an intermediate skier.  I recently pick up a pair of these and fell in love.  The extra curve on the sides makes these extremely responsive.  These things just beg to carve, they will hold a line on steep hardpack and ice without any complaint.  The first day I tried these out I just could not believe how much easier it was to go anywhere I wanted.  They will turn on a dime and they make anything you want to do on a pair of skis easier.

Only two things one should know:  One, these skis do not like to go straight, they will catch an edge at any speed so you have pay attention all the time.  Two, these skis will not be any help in deep powder, they are primarily for the groomers only with the occasional off-piste diversions.

Can’t seem to initiate a review on the 2009 model but here it goes. I’m 5’5 and weigh only 144 lbs and ski with the 153 cm skis.

I would consider myself a beginner-intermediate skier. I’ve rented more than 4 different models and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Initiating turns is easy and I can easily control the skis. I find them a little too flexible but they are pretty maneuverable on the difficult blue runs.

I agree with the last review that if they catch an edge, they will turn, so its good to pay attention. On one run down a steep blue course,  the tip of my skis dug into 4 inches of knew snow and I was thrown forward disengaging from the bindings. It was either a wrong technique in skiing on powder or maybe they were my skis. Either way, I am extremely happy with my purchase.
