Ski Review: I picked this up recently, second hand, and used it for the second half of the season. I probably have 200k vertical on them with a Salomon binding and they are fantastic. They’re amazing in powder, stable at high speed on groomers, and still turn easily through the trees. I haven’t met anything that they can’t handle. The biggest downside is that they’re a little heavy. I use them on resort and have thrown them over my shoulder for some hikebacks, but they do weigh me down. I don’t notice that when going downhill, but they wouldn’t be ideal for backcountry, unless you’re ready for the fitness.
