Manufacturer's Description

The Backland 95 is the successor to the Drifter and the widest, most progressive ski in our Atomic AdventureTouring ski series. It has the best all-terrain downhill performance in the range, but it’s still ideal for the dual disciplines of touring: an Ultra Light Woodcore makes climbing easy and energy efficient, with PreFit skins for the Backland 95 or easily-trimmed MultiFit AM Rocker Skins. A super-stable Carbon Backbone running the length of the ski minimizes weight, while providing outstanding agility and edge hold on the descent. It performs well in any snow, too. And, with the All Mountain Rocker and Step Down Sidewall, you’ll find it an incredible downhill performer – as good on the piste as it is in the backcountry.
