Manufacturer's Description

Perfect balance of an all-terrain and a mountain ski, the camox is a successful compromise between a medium and high float, a mid and fat ski and is designed as a 70% all-terrain and 30% piste ski. This ski has been developed for skiers who want a fat, accessible, playful and easy to use ski. Its shape and construction qualities make it a real alpine mid-fat ski for those who want to ski hard, but also an accessible, mid-fat ski which is effective without effort. Easily manoeuvrable and great edge control due to the single beak profile – flat tail & quite a long front rocker – the all mountain version of the camox makes light work of difficult or variable snow conditions, even for skiers without a huge technical portfolio. With a 98mm waist, the camox range was built to black crows’ high standards of skiability. Deep snow or perfect turns on groomed pistes, the camox blossoms on all surfaces. “The camox has its fans and is one of the great successes of our freeride all mountain range. This ski is a very good introduction for those looking for a mid-fat which is a true ally at each outing, whatever the snow and demands of the day,” says Bruno Compagnet.
