Ski Review: A totally superb ski.  I wanted to demo a wide-waist ski and at 98mm underfoot this ski fit that bill.  The Blizzard Bonafide is a high-performance ski that has totally superb edge-hold on ice and everything else the mountain threw at me.  The ride is damp, smooth and FAST.  I skied on the 166cm with a 15m turning radius which allowed me to carve turns with ease.  This ski is really different than anything I’ve skied on so took a few runs to get used to the wide-waist as it would not allow for skidding.  This ski has heft and that plus the wide waist (and I assume other features of its construction) are responsible for it’s ability to power its way through all kinds of snow.  This is a ski for experts who desire and appreciate a true HIGH-PERFORMANCE ski that gives back everything you put into plus some more!!!
