I bought these last weekend at Sugarloaf, Maine and have now skied them several days in conditions ranging from ice to hardpack to spring snow such is the weather in Maine this time of year. This ski won many awards in the ski literature. I now know why. This ski is strong and tenacious when it comes to hardpack and ice, yet forgiving and playful on the soft snow. I own many a pair of skis, but this is now my default ski for the varied eastern conditions I love so much.
